Candied Wild BC Salmon Cheese Ball


Big games coming up? Need something fast and simple but PACKED full of flavour? Look no further than this candied wild BC salmon cheese ball! Less than 5 minutes to put together, and maybe less to enjoy it!



  • 3 green onion - diced

  • 1 package of cream cheese

  • 4 oz maple candied wild BC salmon - diced

  • Zest from half a lemon

  • Juice from half lemon

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire

  • 1/2 cup Habanero Havarti

  • Pinch of salt

Let’s Begin!

1. Start by softening your cream cheese by using the back of a spoon and mashing it into the bowl.

2. Add all your ingredients into the bowl, except for the wild BC salmon. Mix and incorporate into the cream cheese.

3. Add your wild BC salmon into the mixture and fold in.

4. Let set in the fridge for a minute or two. Garnish with any leftover salmon.

Enjoy with crackers and a beer! Go team go!!
