Wild BC Salmon BBQ - Bublé Style

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of pure Canadian Maple Syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce 
  • Ginger, freshly grated 
  • Wild Pacific Salmon Filet
     

Instructions

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of pure Canadian Maple Syrup with 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
     
  2. Add freshly grated Ginger, mix all together.
     
  3. Spread this mix on boneless Wild Pacific Salmon Filet.
     
  4. Marinate 2 - 4 hrs.
     
  5. Place on a hot BBQ.
     
  6. Cook until meat ‘flakes’ (test the thickest parts with a fork – should not be mushy) can take 15 minutes depending on your BBQ’s heat & filet thickness.
     
  7. Remove from the BBQ.
     
  8. Use a pancake flipper/scraper & slide the meat up and off of the skin.
     
  9. Toss away skin & tinfoil.
