Vancouver, B.C. (June 24, 2026) – As British Columbia anticipates its strongest Fraser River sockeye salmon return since 2018, restaurants across the province are celebrating Wild BC Salmon season with special menu features showcasing one of Canada's most iconic ingredients.

This year, a selection of BC restaurants sourcing Wild BC Salmon through Organic Ocean, a leading provider of sustainably sourced seafood, are highlighting the season through a diverse collection of dishes that reflect the creativity and talent of local chefs.

From Michelin-starred dining rooms to casual waterfront restaurants, British Columbians and visitors alike are invited to experience Wild BC Salmon at its peak through limited-time menu features available throughout the summer.

  7. Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier — (North Vancouver, BC): Maple Glazed Wild BC Sockeye Salmon Skewers with Arugula Berry Salad

  8. Published on Main — (Vancouver, BC) (MICHELIN Star): Micuit of Spring Wild BC Salmon with Seaweed, Nettle, and Tubers.

  9. Restaurant Kavita — (Vancouver, BC) (MICHELIN Recommended): Wild BC Salmon in Goan Coconut Fish Curry, with Heirloom Red Rice, and Farm Asparagus 

  10. Savio Volpe — (Vancouver, BC) (MICHELIN Recommended): Grilled Wild BC Sockeye with Cashew Crema, Sea Asparagus, Braised Radish, Bronze Fennel Oil, Fennel Pollen, Herbs
